Perfect Porridge Pancakes

Hurrah! I perfected these today, I made the porridge quite thick before pouring it on to the plate so when it was cooked it was more like a crumpet, I then allowed it to cool and then spread on Ginger Preserve..when down very well. We have also discovered the morning pancakes sold in supermarkets, these disappear very quickly and are great if you need a quick non messy breakfast, I spread either jam or blueberries or banana on them. Tabitha loves beans we have found this 13 year old only started eating beans in the summer, so I am delighted to have a child that eats proper childrens food!!
