Well tabitha is now six months so we can begin seriously. She has been having tastes of things for a while now and is very food curious so it now just seems a natural progression into more serious meal times. In some ways I am not in a great hurry as BF is so easy and so convienient that to start to introduce food is more hassle although with BLW I am not having to prepare any extra food or really go out of my way except for taking more notice of labels. Tabith ais also quite hungry I feel now and is fussing at the breast through the day so I really feel that she is more than ready...
She has been tasting lots of things this week... we have started offering a breakfast, rusk and a piece of fruit, she si sitting better in the high chair so when we are eating meals she has been joining in...grabbing handfuls of spagetti,veg,garlic bread etc. We are really enjoying watching her, she is also telling us now when she wants something by grunting!!
